[REMODEL][HIGH_PRIORITY] Northern Faction -> Concussion Grenade

Well, the question is what would this even look like to begin with.

Some how a concussion grenade stops turrets from firing and blinds players.

The only way I made sense of it is to combine a flash grenade and a chaff grenade and call it concussion.

So the best I can gather is combine those two images into one thing, and just texture it differently to each faction.
I don't really see the issue of making something that looks like it came from metro 2033 for the faction that is Slavic oriented.

Not everything was made from rusty pipes and super glue from that game, there was some high tech weapons with a rusty shine and discoloration.
