Yea but then games wouldn't drag on for over an hour and make people bored and quit. They'd end MUCH quicker.
Forgot to mention research cost should deduce a number of res/sec instead of being a cost you have to pay at the start of the research.
Oh, that could even help team wasting money on crap while needing them for research. I thought we could use some kind of reserve money set by comm (instead of restricting vf). But this seems better option. Then we would need to be able to pause research though.
