rampant, will you tell the guys at your work that paint still is my favorite image software, and that for what it is, it is unparalled?
Did this with a 9800GT/GTX works perfectly now. Madness.
Followed this dude's instructions.
My friend was doing mine. He has an aga or something. It turned my 8800GTS into a pile of green goo. I lol'd.
It was broke and he bought me MW2 to compensate, which was worth more. I can't complain.
he must value your friendship more then the 8800, you should consider keeping that friend close
heh, I'm a grad student ECE now. =] Making processors is crazy!
i hear they bake them in ovens
i knew my bakery course would come in handy one day...
In very expensive ovens...
I want a reflow oven.
If this was facebook, I'd 'like' that.
It can be fun...one of my projects was to essentially build a small processor from scratch....for once I understood what's going on in the photos that they show you of the newest processors, magnified.
Knowing how the CPU is built, interprets instructions and all, and then going up one level to asm, then looking at the compiler (asm to bin is pretty darn simple) is even better....then if you're really in for a thrill, write something like an interpreter. It's all fun, and quite a learning experience, as you come to appreciate how C code translates into binary code specific to each CPU architecture.
