sometimes when perfect conditions are meet in small parts of sweden the air look like this. (people cant go outside and if they do they need fullbody suits)
having about a thousand units of that device active 24/7 zapping mosquitos instead of using a ton of chemicals and shit is a great solution to the problem.

 

Just get mordin to produce an anti-bug shield for your armour so you don't get paralyzed

True, but the whole point is to kill the mosquitoes (bad insects) while leaving things like bees (good insects) intact.
