If your commander spawns inside of the com tank and has not moved yet and a wall is behind him, you can flip your own teams com tank using a turret placed in front of him. For some reason the weight of the tank is too light or something until someone actually enters drive mode on the com tank. I actually almost succeed yesterday so I could post a pic but, the commander absently switched to drive when the timer was over.
