    orokin.com sees maybe 10 people in it and it's for one of the top played games on Steam. I don't know if there's much point.

    I don't think we need an official one but having a list with the TS channels where empires people are especially welcome would be nice I guess.

    @DDD: We could have one to gather beginners and newcomers, who love talking over TS3, in channels where veterans talk about/play the game so they can actually start learning shit before we rage on them.

    @Pred: Yeah that would help, but we need a stickied thread with servers where Empires is usually a topic.

    Why is everyone so obsessed with Team speak ?
    Source has built in VOIP and you can also use VOIP in steam chat and in steam groups.

    Why not just use what's built in ?

    1) Not talking in game, but talking while doing other shit like playing not empires
    2) steam chat voip is hilariously awful and extremely clunky

    No, just don't give Slade admin rights so that he can't abuse them.

    That is, assuming he's actually abusing them and you're not pissing him off.
