NF APC Hatch Seat

    The Northern Faction APC should have an open hatch seat on the top just like the Brenodi Empire APC, from which you can use your weapons. This is especially important for rushes (usu. against com vehicles) with a scout riding shotgun for sticky-stun spam; something that makes APC rushes a better option for BE than NF, if anyone remembers to use it. However, having a grenadier up there for that extra tank-fighting bonus is always nice too.

    About the only thing that is left for this to be counterbalancing against (now with the LT/AFV divide closing in) is the party jeep on NF... But having jeeps that can flip over with four people instead of two is a far less significant advantage than having an APC that dramatically increases the effectiveness of a tactic that can even be game-ending.

    Losing teams need more 'final rush' options anyway.

    There's that annoying little issue about the NF model having a closed hatch...

    Pros:
    • Balance
    • NF APCs retain as much viability in late game as BE APCs.
    Cons:
    • BE CV loses some of its appeal as the little engine that could.
    • NF jeeps will be the next major imbalance... We're doomed!
    Alternatives:
    • Disable BE APC hatch seat.
    • Disable ammo/healing while in open APC seat.
