I don't think it will, however, you might run into problems with every recent performance graphics card. Those 30A required are calculated to be on the safe side, meaning that there can be multiple other devices connected to the same rail. With everything less than 30A you should dedicate a whole rail to it, the peak 22A of your current PSU might be sufficient, but it's not likely. #Edit: I've just talked to my dude, he's got a 400W Zalman PSU, 18A on +12V, 24A peak and it works just fine. I'm still not convinced it will run but it's possible.
