New BOOM TANK game mode

A new game mode similar to the hidden and other zombie mods

everyone spawns and one random dude gets a CV..... when he runs someone over they become a CV or jeep and the last man standing wins and starts as CV next round.

Something to entertain while populating a server or at that point when most people leave or warm up for pugs.

I say there be a CV race, the person who makes it to the end of the track first frees their team and then they have to kill the enemy cv.
