    Its just Mechwarrior. and Is more of piloting giant robot sim rather then the prance about mech games your used to. I Love it.

    I copied MW4 when I made Empires. You might as well call the Vehicle Customization screen the Mech Lab.

    The trailer says it's in-game footage. The previous games didn't really take place in cities, but when they did, they were a lot sparser so that you had room to maneuver.

    But that's the sort of view you get, it's not a third person thing where you stomp around like armored core?

    If so, it reminds me a bit of a game I played a demo of once a long time ago, starsiege I think it was.

    I hate the 3rd person in mechwarrior games...

    You can hide behind a fucking ledge, and wait for someone to make it over a hill and snipe em....the equivalent to wall-hacks :(

    That, and radar that magically go's through shit, instead of bounces off...which is being fixed in this version :D

    I loved MW3. Never really gotten into MW4 for some reason.

    Still i'm eagerly awaiting this sequel.

    I have and played mechwarrior 4, quite nice, but I never grasped the subtleties of mech building I always packed as many hard hitting weapons as possible to get devastating alpha strikes :P
