Make tank carcasses have no expiration but instead make it so when they take damage they lose a part of their value until they're completely destroyed.
a vehicle could theoretically block their pathway and the damage needed to destroy a carcass would probably not suffice with a riflemen's or scout's grenade.
well yeah... I guess this is why you don't play rifle or scout alone anyhow, only in squads. It's the same as dealing with enemy walls.
That might cause serious lag... They despawn because they are still networked entities whilst "destroyed" and are still technically vehicles from a physics perspective.
Wrong, it's "emp_sv_vehicle_fadeout_time", there is no name in it. And the default time is 30. And I already changed it on my server. Experimenting with all the stuff being set to 3600. That is possible, yes.
I agree with this feature. Not necessarily lose resources with every health point lost. I'd prefer if it had its separate health bar. (not repairable of course). I can hear engineers screaming stop shooting at me I'm trying to reclaim resources!!!
