I don't think that its right for an alive person whose squad is completely dead or abandoned in the middle of nowhere has to waste a ticket so they can be useful again in an area of conflict. Give it a 5 min timer or something so that it cant be spammed, and a charge up time so that they cant avoid combat. Plus, if my whole squad dies and I'm the only one left with 3 pistol rounds and a sticky grenade, I have two choices; Killspawn and rearm at the cost of a ticket Walk back, rearm, walk back to the front I just dont like the idea of having to suicide to be able to fight again.

What he means is so that people can killspawn without using tickets that could be used for something else.
maybe give all the squad leaders a "regroup" power something like if activated, every squad member gets a message and the sl needs to stand still for 15 seconds, then after 15 seconds everyone still in the squad (people who dont want this should leave the squad) will be pulled from wherever they are to gather around the sl
Or just get the option to press "Y" and they will be teleported to the squadleader when he activates the power? Except, it will look kinda weird if an enemy shoots at a guy and he suddenly teleports away (Killspawning at least gave a corpse).
unless if your the last man standing, there is an abundance of engineers in empires, try to find one a coordinate square behind you.
