lol, the problem in Africa is that there ain't shit to do but fuck, eat(if you can find food),fuck, sleep, fuck.
No I didn't its all about the "eat(if you can find food)". Food is very short because, when they create too damn many kids there are more mouths to feed then can be fed. Of course there is also the no medical problem as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_mortality#Highest_rates_in_the_world Although it seems India has got the largest problem. They have less in total but more in %. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malnutrition#Epidemiology
And what should we do to curb pot? Smoke it. And what should we do to curb gun ownership? Buy them. And what should we do to curb abortions? Fund them. etc. Banning vices is silly. Taxing the fuck out of them is much more practical. You get to make them much safer and make a buck as well.
And what should we do to curb STD infection rates? Spread them! While I consider myself libertarian-leaning, it is questionable whether tiger ownership will give the same results as bison ownership. These silly "one-liners" and analogies are pointless because it is treating every problem as a black-box. Will it be possible for local communities to take care of tigers compared to bison? Will there be any unintended consequences for increasing the tiger's population? Will the conflict of interest for saving tigers be solved the same way as the African rhinos? Aren't rhinos killed purely for monetary purposes as oppose to the tigers? Though these types of shows or segments can make you reevaluate your position in good ways, you need to be careful that they are purposely presenting the facts in a way that convinces you to join their cause. A perfect example is Penn & Teller: Bullshit!
