BHS deployed onto the streets of melbourne, opening fire and killing several Sectoids in the first few seconds of combat with their powerful new rifles. During the conflict, Gigabacon was shot and injured, luckily he survived the conflict and was Evac'd to base for medical attention. Out of the corner of his eye, Foxy spotted a floating disc, toting a heavy blaster, from over 80m away, he fired and the shot pierced the hull, causing critical damage. Vulkanis and Blizzerd attempted to flank, utilising Blizz's HE rounds, however, they found no enemy forces. The mission was a huge success, no operatives were lost, and many aliens were killed. Several people were promoted, including Varbles, who is now our Captain.
Lemme in on this too, Kamber Gren Strength anyone here try playing this on windows 7? the game keeps crashing for me randomly when I try to land troops or during a ground battle, and the colours are all wrong (the roads are rainbows and colours will randomly invert). probably aero (or something) messing it up, I'll have to try it with DOSbox.
You got hurt badly on mission one, but made it through. I forgot to mention it, I believe you took a plasma shot to the chest. You're in service now though, as one tough motherfucker carrying a HE autocannon, which leaves nice little holes in everything. UPDATE: Personal Armor is complete, and so is the research on the Sectoid Corpse. ... The plot thickens, gentlemen. Our defence seems to be inadequate, we're incapable of dealing with threats or even detecting large amounts of saucers. Personally, I would say Central Europe, just because it is on the opposite side of the world, however I have know idea whether that actually makes a strategic difference in XCom. Btw which Xcom are you playing? UFO Defense, Alien Invasion etc?
I say we put it on the US Virgin Islands, you know where I live.....n stuff.... ALSO we should get some form of Mind Control readers up and locate any alien navigator & capture (ALIVE) so we can get a hyper wave decoder.

The Team: Blizzerd - Gren - Squaddie Foxy - Rifle - Sergeant Vulkanis - Scout - Squaddie Varbles - Gren - Captain Gigabacon - Rifle - Squaddie Jekotia - Scout - Squaddie Grantrithot - Gren - Rookie We're currently heading for a terror mission in South Africa. Initial reports (2 failed defences so far... ) indicate sectoid and cyberdisk presence. After this mission I'll be creating a new base, so get any extra votes in.
The men scrambled towards another terror mission, new weapon shipments and production had been in progress, but there was no time to sort out equipment, the terror attack was already in place. They scrambled off the dropship at the LZ, a few sectoids were spotted, and taken out by Foxy's sharpshooting. Varbles fired upon a Cyberdisk with his autocannon, disabling it. It fell to the ground inert. A second Cyberdisk was spotted firing onto the X-Com team from down the street, a recruit fired several shots, missed the Cyberdisk, and detonated a cyberdisk hidden just next to it, resulting in a large explosion, which destroyed both cyberdisks and part of a warehouse. During the final hunt for the last few Sectoids, a recruit was overcome by psionic power, and began firing on his comrades. He shot Blizzerd in the head, before being silenced by Grantrithor. Grantrithor pulled the HE Autocannon from Blizzerds corpse, and continued the fight without his two comrades. The last few Sectoids were tracked down and shot swiftly. Due to a print screen error the report at the end of the mission was lost. Overall, a good terror mission. A shame about Blizzerd. Moving on, the new base is going up, and new recruits are going to come in to fill our missing seats on the Skyranger.
