Not to make any weird conspiracies but Ockham's razor suggests these people have some kind of shared interests to react in that way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02se7dGIKos But anyway all such things remind me that 1% of society reads anything, 0.1% watches youtube for political stuff and 95% just watches news in TV. All those uninformed/manipulated people simply shouldn't vote (there's also nice long explanation how it's immoral to vote other than "first do no harm").
Of course 24-hour news media will hype up the Iowa caucus so people will stay tuned. How do you think they make money off advertisements? Iowa caucus is horrible at picking Republican nominees because they usually pick the flat-earther. It was only a bigger deal in 2008 because they also had the more reliable, Democrat caucuses. Some of the media is just being blunt honest because an unelectable nominee, Ron Paul, may win whose views are dramatically different than the typical Republican. Ron Paul has a better chance of winning if it was still the 19th Century, when we attempted laissez-faire capitalism and realized it was horrible. Not even Adam Smith, father of modern economics and capitalism, would agree with Ron Paul's representation of how the "free market" should be.

Hehe I like the flat-bed truck example. I guess if I jump while in a moving train, I'll hit the back end of the cart. :p
And somehow it was 19th century during which people got a lot wealthier up to around 1960s since when median income in USA stagnated. Not to remind China lol which managed quite a bit within just 30 years. Oh, this evil capitalism! But back to your arguments: How is today different than 19th century? No one ever attempted it, it's just natural. That's manipulative bullshit and you know it. You said "not even" but you're just making unclear statements that are impossible to falsify because no one knows what they exactly mean. Is minimal wage needed? No, it isn't. Is social security needed? No, it decreases child rate and is bankrupt (was made with different assumptions by Bismarck around 1870 when barely anyone survived to retirement age). Is "information economy" somehow different to make countries able not to manufacture shit and not get in debt? No, your favorite Ipads and shit are designed in USA but 95% of manufacturing jobs are elsewhere. What does Smith have to do with it, I don't have any idea. He just said few things that aren't controversial at all. And what the hell is that? That he wants currency linked with something politicians can't print?
That's called the Industrial Revolution. No shit people started getting richer when you abandon horses for machines. The Industrial Revolution helped develop capitalism/socialism and crafted political policy, not the other way around. Recently, China finally admitted that the "prolonged fog" covering the cities is actually smog. China is facing the same problems that we had over a century ago. Wherever is not the same. Implying capitalism is intended to be without government intervention. Que? Referring to the idea that "laissez-faire capitalism" is the only way to have capitalism. That's it? I think Ron Paul would disagree with you if that's your impression of him. I don't intend to get in depth on anything that I have already said. I rather talk to you about Empires than the practicability of Austrian economics.
Aww sheet, we're doing that quote thing again! And I just want to check out more LandOverBaptist. That one guy is fucking win, check it: http://www.landoverbaptist.net/showthread.php?p=599633
Okay, I know for a fact that the people supporting the original poster and himself are trolls. What I don't know is if the people criticizing him are idiots, trolls, or trolls trolling trolls. Nonetheless, Land Over Baptist is the best church there is. Sadly, there isn't one near me or I would go to it every Sunday.
I believe the unsaved trash that support the landover are trolls, and everyone is actually believes them.
