I'm sending Teef, Xellos and Zeke to the Sun neighbouring planet once I prepare a spacecraft and a space station.
I have just wiped my whole KSP directory in a valiant effort to fix my install and load your craft file. You wanna send it to the Mun right?
Yes, to the Mun. Also McGyver. EDIT: We have a situation. EDIT2: Back to Neoony. EDIT3: Rover time again.
And since DDD bumped the post. Its also on sale on steam at 40% off this weekend. Nows a good chance to buy it if you havnt already: http://store.steampowered.com/app/220200/?snr=1_4_4__43
I finally conclude this series. Until the next patch comes out, at least. Got three more projects in the works though
BigTeef, Sitka and Xellos are just over 150 kilometers above Duna. (I made the screenshot earlier because of a better view) On the day of 21st September, at 10 PM CEST (9 PM BST, 4 PM EDT) They will attempt a landing on the planet. Because of that I've set up a rather basic thing for everyone to view it and chat while it happens. We will all join the EPIC teamspeak (epic-empires.co.uk) and through a janky Teamviewer** Internet meeting you will be able to see the self-proclaimed (by me) Trinity of Insanity make it to the surface of Duna, not necessarily in one piece. The entire procedure should take about twenty minutes (less in case of a catastrophic failure) from start to finish. Before said event I will also upload a few (not all!) of the videos I've recorded on the way to the planet. The entire thing will be later available to view on my YouTube channel, for those that were stopped by heaven and hell and all the forces in the universe hoping for at least 3 people *It's super easy to set up - download the .exe, launch it, go to the meeting tab and enter the meeting ID I'll post at the time. **To any naysayers, I know twitch.tv could handle it, but I'm afraid my specs won't allow me to stream and record the desired bits at the same time. And besides, the game runs in 6-10 fps (on average) depending on the amount of parts I have on the screen. The satellite (20~ pieces) gives 60 alright, but the space station (800+) drops me to 5, and the lander is chock full of small bits - what I'm to trying to say is that you wouldn't have higher quality in a stream.
4PM NY TIME ? You fuckers know I'm the only one in empires that is actually gainfully employed - eh ? Well OK AzK is too - but he's a Brit and we all know they don't really work for a living, they just sip tea and bollocks this, and Cheeky Bloody Hell that. I flew a mission in Kerbal one afternoon and thought to myself WHY ? WHY WHY WHY ? Have you guys ever played CROBOTS ? It's a game where you write a script to run a ROBOT and do battle. You can run them and watch them crawl a wall, sense the opponent and fire a canon at the opponent, or run thousands of matchs in a short time to see who's robot is first. WE SHOULD DO THAT ! http://www.nyx.net/~tpoindex/crob.html http://corewar.co.uk/crobots/verkhov/crobots.htm
I don't think that's going to happen. I already pleaded with DDD to eject you into space and he refused.
I accept that. Bloody hell you cheeky bugger, if it weren't so true I would be spitting my tea through my bad teeth. I can't make it for this which is really sad. Have to commend Destroyer. Really enjoyed these vids a lot.
We can totally name that the base once it lands. The Trinity is just the three guys inside the lander. Totally forgot to put a seat outside, sorry I'm sorry, I tried to make it accessible to more people but I have sleep needs too. I felt like that's the fairest compromise I could get between Europe and the US (sorry Security~) Thanks for the kind words, videos will be up on the channel some time after the landing.
Screw this I have a twitch stream out. My CPU can handle this and recording. Link: www.twitch.tv/ddddestroyer EDIT: It's over, if you weren't there that's your problem.
