In memmory of douglas adams, everyone who feel like showing their gratitude towards this great writer are to wear a towel with you today, wherever you go
He gave so mutch by writing his books, some of the best ever made
Wearing a towel today is the least you can do to hounor him

Everything is explained on the site properly, so i'l just ask you one last thing

Do you know where you have your towel?

.......Will I get slapped if I say, "Who is Douglas Adams"?

Probably, so I wont say it.

Get it from your local library or something, it's a great book, and well worth the read.

OH HAY IT'S THE STEREOTYPICAL AMERICAN! :D

Seriosuly, though, Talus. Most people in the U.S. do know who Douglas Adams was. You've probably heard more than one reference to his works, and simply didn't know it. Go pick up some of his books (though avoid Salmon of Doubt until you've read everything else he's done).

I can't believe I forgot it was towel day! I had my wisdom teeth yanked out of my skull, and I sure could have used one! Not that, you know, I was conscious for any of it... The last thing I remember is the doctor saying I needed to sign something right as the intravenous sedative kicked in. I bet it was an agreement not to sue, the sleazebag... Next think I know, I wake up in the armchair at home. Thinking about it, though, I did have two towels on my shoulders to support the bags of ice resting against my jaw when I came to... I guess my subconscious kicked in and remembered what day it was. :p

Dirk Gently? I need to pick up a copy sometime. I had never even heard of it until I read Salmon of Doubt. Is it as good as it looks?

I loved when they crash landed on that planet w/ tv producers and stuffed leaves in their clothes explaining that leaves will be the new currency and they will drive up the value by burning the forests.
