Why not have that person report the question containing a deaththreat and then you can see it as a moderator?

 

it all doesnt add up, doesnt even explain why him loging in everyday makes it say it uses the same ip derp

like lets say james his ip is X
and Mr die his ip is Y

James logs in uses X
James logs in as mr die uses X
James logs in uses X
so they share it once

But mrdie logging in on his own pc makes it y
why would it say mrdie logging in as mrdie uses x

If I report a PM from another user will the moderators be able to see that message and then act accordingly? Why not ask the user who received death threats to report the message so that you can moderate it?
