Issue summary: All Calculator right click menus are hard to use. The mouse is invisible in all calculator right click menus Client Version: Frontiersman (2.14.4.418) Reproduction steps: 1. Use Linux(ubuntu16.04LTS), but steam compatibility libraries should be at version Ubuntu 12.04LTS 2. Become engineer class in game 3. Find empty land outside spawn barracks or anywhere 4. Right click with calculator to build turret, surveillance, ammo, upgrade turret, and you can see the mouse cursor is invisible (until you shake the mouse around crazily) The mouse only shows up when goes past screen borders and comes back into the screen (single monitor fullscreen and dual screen monitor (with 1 monitor having game fullscreen)) setup
