    Try running in Direct X8 add this line in the advanced launch options

    -dxlevel 80

    how i can change it? in the advanced "VIDEO" options i can't klick on the field "Direct X 9+"... what i have to to?

    k, forget it... all these error I already said are still there...
    PC crash... Engine error's...

    i play empires... it dont have any crashes and its such better...

    Whenever I played, it was stable. You're an isolated incident, go post on their forums...posting on the emp mod forums about another mod won't help you very much.

    Until you start seeing their forums fill with people complaining about it, you are one of the few isolated incidents. They may, or may not, be related.

    Start linking to forums about this...stop trying to prove you're just an innocent victim of a crappy game. Either shut up about this, or go try to fix it. If you want to be a critic of the game, fine...but complaining "It won't work" without trying to fix it is pointless.

    Why is this thread breading pointless posts?

    Do you REALLY think that he'd be able to step into code if he had it, let alone understand how to debug code? The problem isn't open source code, or lack thereof, the problem is that error messages are not informative enough.

    I played OC, i like the farm game, and i play it from time to time with some of my friends, and i like the fishing map because of its randomness

    but i found out that hl2dm can run the fishing map too, so i guess thats 50% less reasons to play OC...
