Infiltration Round 3

Well, there is a slight chance of medic being bs, but seems legit for the most part.

 

Naturally there is that chance, but I believe this person is what he claims to be. If he is, awesome, we have a good little cohort appearing to take down the infils. If not, we kill him the next night, and we move on to find the other two. It's more than just me and a medic, so even losing one person who turned out to bean infiltrator wouldn't be such a huge deal, in fact it would be an advantage.

I'm trying to be as open/honest/legit as I can be, like I stated earlier, so hopefully people will see this as not a really shifty infiltrator, but someone attempting to win through keeping everything he's doing in the open.

 

People of suspicion to me are:
Devourawr - for making a much of claims based on no substance.
Predom - for voting Trickster

Sounds a lot like an argument for religion.

"The evidence is there. It's obvious! Why do you have to be so difficult? You just have to believe!"

Yeah, that's a load of bullshit. Your 'evidence' is this:

• [insert stuff about previous rounds]
• criticize Empty in bold text because I'm srs, guyz.
• Grantrithor is infil.

I honestly don't know what to say here. I feel like I'm having a Trickster-moment.

What will it take for me to convince you that I'm not lying.

Because I'm keeping everything in sight, and anyone who is seriously considering me to be an infiltrator is either one themselves, bad at this game or just fucking retarded in general.

 

Neither does devourawr have any way of knowing, sounds like a heap of bullshit to me, and calling for the other engy to reveal himself aswell ... sure ... first day he wrote that he won't vote for grant just on the clues he found up to then and now he's voting him for the same clues, etc.

 

I tend to trust my gut, and my gut is telling me to trust Devourawr, for better or for worse, and it looks like the only way to keep him alive is to vote for Grantrithor.

Here's to hoping someone else will vote for Grant too then.

 

Right I'm going to look at the facts here.

Empty said that clues would be hidden in the text.

The only possible clue that I can see upon reading back through the posts is the standing on the turret one.

Although Devourawr is acting strangely I doubt if he would be an infiltrator due to the amount of attention he is drawing to himself. We know from previous rounds that most attention grabbers end up being innocent. Devourawr was also correct in being suspicious of paradox so based on these facts I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

From the back and forth between the infil, I think that at least two of the four infil have conflicting personalities. One is patient and cool; the other is anxious and flighty. It might even be a two-two split, but it's at least one-one. Empty knows that we roughly know each other's personalities. It's a clue.

Then the medical bay thing seemed pretty straightforward. One engy probably saved the other and Empty couldn't let us know names. But at least one engy knows that the other is an engy. That's a win for us. Engies targeting each other can only be killed by lynching.

 

With the possibility of a dk gone.

Seriously, dk is the shittiest outcome that day can have. Without riflemen doing his stuff, we can only rely on clues.

 

Voting for devourawr, last minute gangbang on grant for no real clues and the fact that he claims to not only be targeted but saved by the engy and comes out with that in the open, despite the clue pointing at one engy saving another, so either you're not telling the public you're the engy that got saved even though it would be obvious for the infils or you're lying (or empty screwed up).

Like I stated earlier, one targeted me. All Empty said was that blood was found in the medical bay; meaning that someone had been saved. Clearly, someone was saved. The infiltrators sent out a target. But nowhere does it say OR EVEN IMPLY that it was a dual-engineer situation happening. I am telling you; right now; that it did not happen.

Inb4 double kill.

EDIT: There was no engineer targeted by Infiltrators that night.

 

Just wanted to call bs on that part, Kane and especially Trickster talked a shitton and were infs.

Hmm fair enough, though I think more innocents died than infils. Also, trickster talked lots when he was infil and found out it was a bad idea due to people reacting differently than expected. However, I accept that my statement, in hindsight, wasn't he most accurate statement ever (I don't remember Kane talking much but am sure your probably right)

 

Trickster was trolling 24/7. I don't think he really wants to accomplish anything more than the death of Paradox. It didn't matter what class he rolled.

That is fishy, but doesn't completely damn him. He had to destroy the tank and trigger the explosion somehow. Driving a soon-to-be-exploding tank into an ammo pile can only be accomplished so many different ways.
