Inability to download maps.

    While I don't know if it's possible, having the collision system be set serverside would actually be really really awesome. It never even occurred to me but it's a great idea.

    There is always the option of server plugins.

    until people get confused why some maps let you pass through people and others don't. those poor new players...

    Only enabled for weird maps like deathkillers

    I still have problems with those maps...
    Are the NUBS servers also run from here ?
    Is there a way to contact them to get them to use that server trick of feeding bigger maps to clients...

    Don't really understand the problem your having. I assume your having issues downloading maps and if so is there some kind of error message being displayed or printed to your console?

    Since most can download maps and just a few have a problem doing so, it seems to me its a local issue on their end. If it was a server issue no one would be able to download them.

    well, "i'm having a problem" can be anything and is among the worst possible descriptions of a problem there are ^^
    one can only guess whats wrong on whose end and noone will ever know unless more detailed information is given.
