hi all. I've tried to remain loyal to the Canonical design while stretching it towards the starship trooper neighborhood. It aims to be slik and fast looking though it still has to carry the mejesty of the Imperial reign into battle while keeping true to the base modules of the BE design. If you notice, there's a little extension at the front of the design. My original intention was that it would function as a base\housing to a small cannon like the AH-1Z has but nothing is set in stone of course. Didn't even bothered to texture it because nothing survives "the hammer", they've called it that way for a good reason i reckon. thoughts, flames, random advertisment spam goes here below.
what are the engines supposed to be? want more pictures in profile and direct angles up close showing high detail or moving parts
Oh my god yes. But the picture is too low res that I can't see: 1) Ailerons 2) Rudder 3) Where the thrust comes from 4) How it can change from Vertical flight to horizontal.

lol, you're right - it does "look like an eagle" because the thing that initiated my work was the logo of the Federation (on the right).
lol trickster, thanks for the warm feedback. to your question, this is just a crappy concept. zero development. I wanted to see what you guys were thinking about the basic shapes before moving on, if at all.
there are four cylindrical *would-be engines* which i retained from the original BE troop carrier\transport model. Two under the tail wings and a couple under the flight wings just under where from above you would see a straight cut opening in the wings extensions. I'm not sure about whether or not i should keep these "engines" or form a newly styled type of an engine. I have another prototype I'm working on and the whole propulsion system is different, in time i'll share that concept too.
