Do you mean... Someone giving you pointers, or doing your homework for you?

    And is this skill? *Signature*

I have some background in Photoshop and illustrator.

    Depends on what you need.

Curse my internet, the thing is I have no program, I just need someone to crop the image to the size of a CD cover, place some text on it, and make the shiney thing brighter...

I find that you can never get it quite exactly the size of the CD cover you want. It always needs a little altering and test printing to get it right.

For that though you can just use Paint. If you want to you can download GIMP. It's free and AFAIK a pretty small download. That will do everything you want.

Send me a PM tomorrow if you still need my help and I may have some time then.

yea, gimp is a good program for picture editing if you don't want to buy photoshop or download an ilegal copy.

I'm using GIMP most of the time, but it doesn't work too well with my WACOM tablet(no I'm not good at drawing things, I just always wanted one and one day bought one). GIMP for bitmaps and Inkscape for vectors, both free open source programs that run in Linux and Windows(I just like to have some same stuff on both OSes I'm running).

I actually made a cd cover not too long ago. I'll try to find the exact measurements.

Edit: here are the sizes: https://www.printingforless.com/cdspecs.html or 12x12 cm.

A tip: up your DPI, that way the letters won't blur like mad.
