I allready tried to search everywhere, I just can't find it. And if I find sometihng it is totally irrelevant EDIT2: Ty LordDz
click the entity tool on the left hand side, now on the top right hand side select (usually) prop_static and click in the 3d view to place. Or in the 2d view and then enter to place. Press alt-enter to bring up entity properties and select world model, browse. use the model browser to select a model and click ok.
I really can't be arsed to flame Satanchild. Actually, how the hell can you make a, I quote "a beautyfull building combining art-deco, neo-classical, italianate and victorian architecture. In a massive Palace featuring a massive main hall, Staircases, Elevators, Imperial Garden, Underground Laboratory, 60+ Individual Rooms, ect." yet not know how to place props and make displacements???! Satanchild, stop attention whoring. Seriously. Or even trolling. Your either insanely stupid or a rather elaborate troll. Anyway, to keep this mildy on topic, do what jimather said, but make sure the model you are using has the prop entity you are using ticked in the model browser dialogue.
