I believe that in the last Steam update valve added a new feature for source server/clients called "Pure Servers": Valve goes on to explain: It would of been nice of them to give the a list of the various new dialog messages, verbatim, so we could easily confirm that is the problem, but my emp_money's on this being the culprit.
