The bots are a server side addon. You would have to check the NS1 forums to find them. If you want to play against them... just find a server that says something along the lines of "Terran Trainer" or join humans only. The bots often don't say "bots" they have names and are more often then not programmed to say random shit the whole round when they make a kill or get killed. Usually they are quotes from server chat that were picked out by the admins to add to the list of random shit they say. If you installed the bots yourself you would probably find them doing random useless shit since they don't have a path map(unless they come with them). It auto generates from watching players. It would take a while to generate proper pathing maps for the bots to be competent.
