Happy bday! btw do we have an official drinking age in belgium? You know anything about that solokiller? 16 perhaps? I never heard of it at least. Usually both the parents and the children just agree on what is an appropriate age. If parents allow their children to drink when they're too young, other parent will talk bad about it. In the end it seems that the drinking age is just somewhere around 16 by accident. At least i've never heard of a 17 year old teenager who hasn't been drunk, or it's one of the few people who just never drink alcohol.
16 is the legal age for atleast some kinds of alcohol. Atleast around here. And i don't drink alcohol.
