Add in something on the maps to show where your team does and does not have vision.

Well, there is no "radius" per se, of your team. Only camers, and such.

I SAY LET THERE BE BUILDINGS THAT ARE SUPA CAMERAS.

So that noobs won't know the map at all when they start it, and so that commanders will have a pain in the ass to manage their team?

Ground Control II style is fine.

What he said; you can do this by typing emp_comm_fogofwar 1 into the console.

    aaah. Useful to know.

I was thinking a fog of war where you start out knowing all the terrain, but the areas you "can't" see are greyed out. Players and manned vehicles would have a set radius of "vision". Cameras/radar would leave nice circles in the fog. Last viewed buildings stay on the map. Just a way to help keep track of stuff.

I'll have to try the emp_com_fogofwar cvar to see how it works.
