Testing for the modifications i have done, along with testing the infantry scripts i have made to see if they better suit the game. Creeper will be providing me with a server to test on, it will be up constantly but this is just a big event to get it rolling. script folder will be provided tomorrow before event, keep checking this post for updates. Bumping Date - 28/07/2016 Time - 7pm GMT / 2pm EST - about 1hr 20 from posting this Server Password: test - Scripts download https://www.dropbox.com/s/ka52rl8yi6p9szo/FlashPires 28-07-2016-640pm.zip?dl=0 installation: - navigate to: \SteamApps\common\Empires\empires - make a new folder on your desktop or empires folder called "script swap" - inside that folder put two more folders named "flash Pires" and "original scripts" - put the RAR file in the Flash Pires folder and extract it, so you have a folder in the directory called scripts - cut the original script folder, found in \SteamApps\common\Empires\empires and paste it in the "original scripts" folder - cut the scripts folder in "flash Pires" and put it into the directory above - to swap scripts back for normal play, just cut and paste the script folders in and out of the main folder Not sure which one is loaded? check the folders to see which is empty Recommended: make an extra backup of the scripts folder elsewhere just in case
I'll play if you replace District alt4 with District alt3. Also that's a better map for infantry only anyway. Can't say I'm super interested in vehicle testing as it's always something I found pretty boring, but I'd be willing to play the infantry test.

Oh, I thought it was on the server you were testing on, I didn't realise you were hosting locally. Also I found that your shotgun has way more spread when you're prone than when you're standing. I don't know how it is in the current stock Empires though so it could be the same there if you haven't edited it.

turns out i don't know exctly whats up with your game but on my end the spread doesn't change for either shotguns

Regarding the infantry changes, I like the NF carbine and hairdryer changes. The NF and BE AR regain accuracy a bit too slow and seem to recoil oddly when using single shots, but the RoF and accuracy I like. NF battle rifle RoF feels like it doesn't match the recoil, plus the screen shake is very disconcerting. BE burst rifle seems like the old HMG, kinda meh. The HMG changes are good except the accuracy is absurd when prone, IMO it should be balanced around crouching so that proning doesn't give so much of an advantage. Scout with the HMG should be renamed to specialist or something. Server was empty so I tested on my own to get a rough idea of damage.
