im torn between "FUCKING YES FALLOUT!!!!!!" and "meh its just gonna be fallout3 with better gfx". why cant we have an awesome looking fully turn based combat fallout but it says nothing about that actually ... ... just experience. i hope im wrong

They might still making a fallout game using that engine. Perhaps they plan to trade off every other game so they can turn then around faster? Sorta how cod games alternate developers (and now they cycle through 3 devs) in order to get a release every calendar year. Personally, I think that's the best way to do it. Let Bethesda stay on the east coast and obsidian stay on the west coast.

Eh, even with liking F3 on its own, its bethesda, the game is going to ship glitched beyond comprehension and will probably be the same B rpg weve seen since morrowind. Get ready for shit tier animations, hive mind anti apple theft societies, broken ai and ghoul reaver bullshit all over again.
Fallout 3/nv was fun, so I'll probably play this one at some point. Though I have a feeling it might be like skyrim where they removed the fun factor... Skyrim didn't have revolvers though which makes fallout 10 times better.
Frankly i hope they will actually test the guns this time around, so that 2/3 of weapons wont be peashooters. Im looking at you NV, especially the energy weapon fiasco.

Hopefully, it'll actually be a decent game this time that can hold a light to the original Fallouts. Who am I kidding, it's going to be a buggy piece of shit that Bethesda expects the modding community to pick up the slack on, with all the same problems the other Bethesda games have.
