STEAM GROUP: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/empiresmodsquadleague Empires Squad League consists of Squad Based competitive play. Players are now joining the above mentioned group to participate. After enough members are reached, squads will be chosen through a captain system (captains to be announced). Each weekend, every squad will be paired up along another squad to fight vs 2 other squads on a map chosen before hand (to be determined through voting). A game, is a set of 2 matches. A match is simply a win or a loss on a map on 1 team. Therefore, every game, is simply 2 matches played on the same map with a team switch after the first game. Every match win is 1 point. Each match loss is 0 points. Each squad will have their own squad tally, so even if you are fighting alongside another squad, next week you will find that you are fighting against them! So make sure your squad is tight and right . As of this moment, sign ups are still occuring, and will continue to do so until the end of this month. On November 1st, in the ESL Steam Group, the teams will be selected. Keep in mind that 1 ringer is allowed to be played each match, but they cannot be in any other team already. (You may also have a ringer commander). As of now, these are the people who have signed up 1. BitterJesus 2. Z100000M 3. Sgt. Security 4. A-z-k 5. Paradox 6. Lazybum 7. Grantrithor 8. I'm away for the next 2 weeks but sure. If you plan on doing commander maps then you are gonna need to figure out some commanders. Biggest problem I found is that you can easily have a server with 40 competent players and nobody who is willing to comm.
Excellent, 7 people so far. By the way if you wish to be a leader (the one who picks teams) then you can just say that you do. Obviously per every 5 people, we'll need 1 leader (so 4+1). As for commanders, we could either select it through communication of the 2 squads playing on the same team, or ask a proxy commander outside of play.
I was excited to have some sort of a revival with an original idea. But instead I guess you cunts just wanna troll instead of actually playing the game. Oh well
