What I need:
-The font that the real "EMPIRES" should be in.
-Screenshots of:

• engineer sparks
• sabotaged building spurting purple smoke
• prone
• a tank being blown up

 

That site is made of sex and win. I love it.

 

This is indeed very nice!

And for some reason i like the trailer much more now then i did the first time i saw it.

i must admit i haven't seen it all yet, since we should be trying to get over a 50 players during the pug today (we've reached 46 at one point).

But i can say this: I like the style (colors, layout, ...) a lot! Also it's a very nice way to show people the trailer.

This makes me glad I worked my ass off all summer getting screenshots and other PR related stuff for Empires.

Makes me wish I had the time to make the print ads

 

Could have spent all that time working on the league site.

 

The league site is done. Coffeeburrito has a working version on his website... we just need to move it over to the right server. It will allow for clan registration, rosters, etc

 

That picture you have for the new explosions is of the old explosions. You should show the one pic of the tanks shooting with different colored explosions instead.

 

Anybody got a link to that picture?

EDIT: Also, what's the EMPIRES font?

 

I added pictures of a tank being blown up, going prone, and running over people.

Still need shots of:
Engy Sparks
Sabotaged Building

The font is called Earth.

 

You also need screenshots of:

• Squad Leader aura effects
• SL abilities.
• Updated existing maps
• Updated in-game map features (radar/camera/turret markers)
• Damaged buildings emitting smoke
• Scoreboard improvements
• More special effects (wheels kicking up dust, RPG smoke trails, etc.)

Also, don't forget to mention:

• Rebalance of infantry and vehicle weapons
• Rebalance of vehicle weight restrictions to force armor vs. weaponry choice
• Repair station new functionality
• SourceTV support
• Improved vehicle handling (including 2nd seat passenger not rotating with turret)

Those are just off the top of my head. Someone really needs to go through the change logs and pull out a comprehensive list of new features worth mentioning.

What would be a good order for the "New Feature" sections?

 

The order probably doesn't matter, as long as the listing is somehow categorized. E.g. infantry improvements, then vehicle-related ones, then VGUI, then map, then general gameplay stuff, etc.

Also,

Lolz? First, I don't think there is such a word "reoutfit"; I think "rearm" will sound better. And second, why would you want to get outdated weaponry? :p You might want to rephrase that.

 

The font is Times New Roman, at stretched vertically to 150%.

I really like it, but do you have permission to remove the original copyright notice from the bottom of the template?

Man. That site doesn't work. It makes me want to play Empires even more. :cry:

But those Command, Defend and Assault pictures on the bottom look very good. Also the top picture is very nice.

I think those lists should be in alphabetical form. Like "Additional Class Skills & Changes to Gameplay" title would be the top one, then would come "Game Code Improvements" and the things under those lists would be in alphabetical form too.
