Hmm, my access to this special circle seems to have been revoked. Is this because I didn't apply to become a permanent tester? Shame, most of the good threads were there.

Is there likely to be another open test in the future? It seemed as though it was quite useful.

 

It was quite deliberate that I didn't join the permanent testing group, as with my current situation I doubt I will be able to make much of a contribution. Access to the 1.08 forum is slightly different though, I think.

Probably for the next big version. The test was only closed recently because 2.0 is getting closer to release. When we start rolling out media and junk, we don't want new comers to the mod to find the test and be able to play before we want them to

 

we do have alot of testers rite now.. anyone know the number?

im sure atleast half dont even test and only play for fun

 

And they must be smited appropriately, imo. Buuuuuut what do i know, and what does it matter, like the thread says, 2.0 is right around the corner. Just gotta finish testing those blimbs....

 

Hopefully this release will allow people without HL2dm to play.

 

There are 120 people who joined the group. About 20 will be pruned after 2.0 because they've never participated in the forums.

 

I hope so. I've got quite a few orange box buyers interested in this game
