I wanted to let everyone know that a rather large patch was released this morning. Your patience is appreciated with respect to the delayed changelog.

Allow me to ask a few questions.
Even though SMG1 is my favorite weapon in the game, I still gotta ask, why buff?
I feel there's even less reasons to use SMG2.
Shotty cycle time even shorter...and shorter by 0.02? Is there a secret behind this 0.02?
Still wouldn't use BEAR and NFHR.
But well, I think these changes probably won't make things worse. :D
Great script changes! Now the Assault class can sit on rocks 1km away from the fights just like the good old days!
And a nerf to melee damage! What another great change! Because I love to have to hit someone in the face 3 times whilst they're shooting me! So much skill.
And we're changing minimal damage too! Wow! So I can spray at distance and be 3 times more likely to kill someone!
HMG headshot multiplier LOL! Because that's rewarding skill right there. What is this bollocks?
I don't agree with a lot of the changes. A lot of them. Most notably SMG changes and the NFHR change.
I bet I will once again suck at everything except mortar, because that's still unchanged. Miraculous, when you consider everything else. But hey, I'll find out on my own later.
It was spike, right after someone asked him to do so one time in spec. Attempts at appealing to sanity were ineffective.
So i know i told this spike already but here it goes:
Smg1 was in a good place. More killy was not really needed.
Smg2 might have been a wee bit too inacurate last version,so dunno.
Nfar was is a good place. I completely disagree with claims of it being "lol op".
I kinda died to the reaction to hmg headshot multiplier. Indeed what the hell.
Shotty was in a decent place barring lag making it miss when it really shouldnt have.
Bep2 still headshots for bullshit damage.

What's wrong with it?
I have to say, 1-hit kill melee upgrade is definitely one of the most retarded things in this game.
In fact, my observation tells me that melee is definitely being overused, because it's too powerful.
We are playing FPS, just sayin'.
Melee is so unreliable too.
If i shoot someone in the face with shotties and they somehow never connect, but i always get instagibbed id say its reliable enough. On that saturday round of coast, i shot freak faceful of buckshot and i died a full second later to a melee hit, without dealing any damage. I was not amused.
I still can't believe I got like 55 kills or something on escort, all of them melee kills. That was a silly evening.
I can't comment on any of this script change. Just like empty's version I'll get used to it real fast and not really notice much. Though from a glance it looks like people could die faster, assuming they can aim. Which is whatever to me.
quite frankly as of late its impossible to get any hits to register up close at all. It happened that round, it happened on weekend, and it still happens now. There is little as infuriating as dying due to random crap like that as opposed to your own fault.
