    is there any public thread to talk about achievements? most of the achievements are pretty lame except the vehicle one

    Make a new one and suggest some. You have to poke Empty though for his amazing pixel art skills for more achievements.

    If we can get all 8 working reliably, without any issues, then I would certainly like to start adding more. Empty likes making the icons so I'm sure he'd be up for it.

    Should those achievements be openly displayed like in all normal games or still hidden until unlocked?

    On a side note, I could come up with quite a few ideas. I shall bug Empty.

    Can we do a code freeze for saturday evening and stabilize everything for a release next week?

    I really want us to acquire a habit of actually releasing something.

    Am I right in saying that achievements have been disabled this time? (Just checking since I have some achievement related fixes in the fixed section). Pity about auto spawn selection, hopefully we will see something like that again in the future

    Yeah achievements are disabled at the moment. If I have time I'll try to debug them later today to get them working.

    Auto spawn selection is too buggy unfortunately. If there was a way to do it server-side then maybe it would be worth looking at again.

    If you're talking about code freeze:
    you need a person doing that freeze himself by making a branch in git from some older or current version. That person does last touches on it and it goes as the released thing.

    You'll have to tweak your Jenkins to allow for such stabilization branches instead of retarded "stabilizing" the master by blocking everyone from committing anything.

    Added this as fixed:

    * Empires can now be launched if installed on a separate drive from Source SDK Base 2007

    By the way, the launcher has a separate git log. It often contains internal fixes though so I'll update the OP if I change anything significant there.
