If those are custom blends, you should make a blend modulation texture. They can make blends, especially those, look a lot better and are very easy and cheap in-game. Detail textures would also make a good addition to break up the "tiling" look of large areas of concrete or dirt .
The color is not from the texture. That texture is very brown. The color comes from the shade of ambient lighting from the light_environment.
