No Jessiah, you suck. Blizzerd made a flat brush for each side of the walkway as railings. He then used the railings texture on it. Whilst this works at letting you see through the gaps, it doesn't let bullets through. Much like the old glycencity chain link fence, only it's more prominent here. It's not usually a bad thing but I'm fairly pedantic about this kind of thing, so I asked Scardybob/Keef to redo it as proper brush railings.
TBH I just make that texture allow bullets, the bars are like half an inch wide, it's not going to provide cover.

Neither of them had better admit to doing it, because there are some bad-looking microbrush or invalid solid errors on those railings.
