Next version will have:

fixed displacement (one bug were it is bend in a strange arc)
one ref less west
1x instead of 2x starting ref
color correction entitys in the tunnels

Not sure about the res. Usually i try to get about 12/s total, so 6/s/team. I don't know how much this map has.
Didn't even saw a ref actually, so i can't say much except that it looked awesome.

 

oh ya, the refs blend in, mark them with anotherr color on minimap.

Actually, you have a very good start here for a map that could be the ancient city, the discovery that sparked this entire war. OFC, you would have to make it look ancient and shittier (i.e. crumbling) instead of so...clean. And depending on where the generator room is, that might have to go if you try the ancient city thing.

how about mappers 'release' less often and fix more stuff instead of making a new 'version' every friggin week....

Yeah alot of version for a short time but it was necassary cause some stuff needed to be fixed.
That is the "playtest" version. So it needs time til I release another one

 

I really like this map. It's simple and pretty.

I don't like the huge amount of res though.

I've only played it three times but usually by the time we got heavies we had over 100,000 res.

Not sure if that's intended or not, but it's more than vehicletraining. >_>

I also don't like the useless water holes. I know it makes the map feel polished but really, if there's a tank battle near those you find yourself constantly being pushed/or falling into them on your own. It's an unneeded hassle, but I guess I can deal with it. :D

Yeah I released 4 versions pretty fast but I had to fix stuff D:
BLAH4 will be the latest version for at least 2 month

 

I will name the finished version emp_generator.
