Emp Repair Crane

    I like this.

    For the most part, it doesn't need to rotate on its own(as other people have suggested) because its not a tracked path like the original repair pads. It's basically a building that emits a build radius effectively healing many tanks without clutter, instead of a tracked repair pad letting one 2-3 tanks at the most being able to heal. However these 2-3 tanks get stuck on each other.

    The moving parts in my imagination was just for eye candy, not for literally repairing selected vehicles. If you can do something useful, best make it flashy and nice.

    I never said it couldn't be animated. I meant it didn't have to have the crane rotate in place.

    Once again someone misunderstands. : /

    I think the arm should extend out to the tank and lower a tiny tool of some sort that emits engineer tool effects, but X10 or X20?
