They went the email to EVERYONE. They just want to sell your info and/or use it to create personalized ads for your Steam account. Either way, I don't give a fuck cuz I want to play in beta! (No invites have been given yet).
you do know that its just the normal steam hardware poll and besides that just some dota 1 specific questions right?
I only got the standard steam poll they always have, no other questions. I guess my equipment is too old to trigger the other questions.
no it asked the standard questions then said it would collect my system info and then it had a button that said send and one that said cancel or something like that. I clicked send. It never directed me to a poll site. I was downloading Dead Space 2 and Bioshock 2 at the time though... On the note of dead space 2... its quick. Im already on the second run though and the weapons I like are the same set at in the first game. Pistol, wide beam thingy, remote saw blade thingy, mega cannon.(I know the real names but, this is what I call them.) The extra weapons don't really seem better then these. except the force guns new alt fire but, its still a pussy gun only useful for those squirmy things.
yeah thats the flaw of most MOBAs today and that why i like bloodline champions for beeing a bit different in that regard (only 3 minute rounds)
too high on painpills to make good argument but dota games on pub level are rice fields. serious games are a gank fest or a double jungle tri lane aka fun sit
Oh yeah, I got my dota2 invitation! Good cuz HoN was starting to get retarded with the new weighted MMRs. I'll miss some of the hilarious new heroes, though.
