    Not sure if this is a bug, but I just got this message:

    Anyway, I can still play the game and it doesn't seem to effect anything. I would just like to know why this happened, why I could connect to the server and why VAC didn't kick me :/
    OH! I installed RC7 and updated as was needed, maybe something went wrong?

    It doesn't stop me from connecting to server but I also get this message. (I clicked on 1.08 rc8 setup and so and so on)

    This would also happen if you play 1.071 on a 1.07 or 1.073 server.

    i just installed rc7 then 12, and i get the error. (and i cannot join)
