Decrease Base Sticky Damage to 200

    Decrease Base Sticky Damage to 200.
    Make a research item, like the upgraded grenades in the Electric path that is useless.
    Cost is 350 and the research time is 30 seconds. Upgrade the damage from stickys back to 300.

    Pro's
    Early game Riflemen will not oneshot light tanks/afvs.
    Riflemen sticky spam attacks are not so deadly in late game, unless researched.

    Con's
    Nerf'ed the sticky nades.

    add it to the upgraded nades in chemistry or no one would research it

    Just nerfing an anti-tank weapon that is so strong slightly for the early game, doesn't seem like a bad idea.

    Imo whole "infantry versus tank" should be redone.

    I think it works alright now.
    In early game, tanks and APC's fear infantry.
    In late-game, arty, mediums and heavies do not fear infantry.

    meh, infantry scare the shit out of me in an arty tank. Can't see them coming hardly if you are too far forwards.

    Cyber you do realize as of right now for some strange reason Light Tanks can take a sticky if they're using regenerative right?

    I'm not stupid. I would flame Pwned out for acting so and I will also flame you out.
    The speed that riflemen kill tanks are amazing. You may be able to survive one sticky, but barely. Then anything else can kill you.

    You can say sticksy should cause so much damage, but it is far too easy to use sticky grenaders.

    If stickies did 200 damage wouldn't you just go sticky them twice for the same effect? Actually, that would be a little more balanced. You can take out any tank with your little hand nukes but you have to go stand next to them for long enough to throw all 4 on.

    bad idea. period. getting a sticky to a tank is hard enough. getting TWO of them is worse.

    I also think, that this is a bad idea.
    If you drive a tank, keep some distance to infantrie and shoot them. If you get killed by a sticky, then think about your driving.

    Plus, this would be horrible on Escort, where you need 4 stickies to kill an composite tank.

    There is a reason that the early-game tanks get killed by one sticky, and that's because they are what hey are; early-game. If you are stupid enough to drive into a mob of infantry in your APC/AFV/LT, or let one get close enough, you deserve to die.

    Escort has full research with a couple of things removed. So escort wouldn't be affected...not that anyone cares

    Hm, now that I think about it you're right. Sticky grenades shouldn't be beating Grenadiers...

    Also, the ram with Jeep, jump out, sticky, jump back in tactic would be mitigated.

    And he doesn't! Unless of course the gren is really good and the rifleman really sucks.
