Is there a difference between republicans and conservatives? Wouldn't that be like the difference between democrats and liberals?
I duno if its true but, one leans more to a direction then the other... at least in my mind. This is how I perceive it... Liberal(asshats) - Democrat - Neutral(Ya right who is neutral?) - Republican - Conservative(dickheads) This is how I perceive there views: Liberal: Nothing you own is yours, it belongs to the government. You need the government to pass laws that tell you how to wipe your ass properly. Welcome to Democratic Chinese Communism. Democrat: Can't we all get along? These poor people need food... im going to raise your taxes so they don't need a job to pay for their food. Those Mexicans who don't belong in the USA... ya they are important voters. How dare you try to block them from voting! Neutral: All you guys are fucking retarded. Can't we reach a middle ground and get some fucking laws passed that make sense that DON'T have extra shit tacked on to them? Republican: Our companies want to have more jobs but, they are getting taxed to death. Lower the taxes for rich companies so they can make more money(and hopefully add more jobs(ya right)) Conservative: Liberals and Democrats are the SCOURGE of the free world. We MUST say the exact opposite of those hippies in order to right the world. (I didn't know what to say here since they seemed the same as republicans only more stubborn)
thats is what liberal means to you? you should consult a dictionary ... edit: oh its about parties. well then, north korea calls itself "democratic peoples republic of north korea" too ...
ohh there are a few governments out there with the word democratic and/or republic in them MOST of them bad.
sad, but true ... edit - bc i couldnt post that on my phone previously (i could but its too complicated)
Actually as someone who finds themselves increasingly centrist, neutrality can mean having quite strong feelings about the value of elements from both sides.
I don't consider centrist and neutrality to be mutually inclusive; I believe a neutrality in politics to be an ignorance, disinterest or dissatisfaction in the process. You can be very passionate about your moderate views, thus not neutral at all. As a centrist myself, I contribute the lure towards the center less to do with a middle position between the left & right and more to do with being pragmatic. A centrist may even be strong in a particular position that is not moderate at all. In a nutshell, a 'centrist' could mean a lot of things.
Asshat aye, You sir have made a grave enemy this day.......... Edit: I consider myself to be liberal as the name would suggest, but what you describe a liberal to be is nowhere close to what we are. I for one don't believe in complete government takeover, that would be totalitarianism. I would put my believe more towards progressivism.
I love how a page has gone by and no one has even attempted to prove me wrong. It's almost as if you guys are such fail trolls that you can't even pretend to do it. Man you guys have gotten soft without the black hole.
no shit, same shit I fuckign took maybe its because you're right? I say the same things and they try so hard to prove me wrong
