Can't join the 1.08 server.

I can play Zombie Mod. I play that with my cousin all the time. I can play Iron Grip. Even though only like.. 3 people play it. I can also play Eternal Silence. Though, that's pretty damn empty too.

 

Go to your Empires dir and delete "steam.inf". Now, try joining the server.

I had modified something on the server.

Don't delete steam.inf. Instead, open it up and modify it so that it only has the following line:

appID=215

 

Alright. I'll see if that works.

What do you mean by 1.08? As far as i know, the next version is called 2.0.
If you wanted to play the next version, you're a little late, as the testers have already been chosen, and no more testers are allowed in.

 

Thanks for the reply..Sorry for the Off-Topic post, That sucks..I wanted to get the chance to test, but, Late's late, I don't get much choice on the matter.
