When im in game and i use the press to talk button "K" Every says that they can see the box come up saying im talking, but they cant hear nothing i say. My mic does work, it works fine in skype and in windows sound recorder but it wont work in game. Ive checked the settings in game and i have voice enabled, all the volume settings turned up, and i have mic boast on. But no one can hear a word i say in game. Whats up?
you run windows I assume. Vicki helped me with this problem. go to your sound properties and find the settings for your micro phone. (open volume controls, options, properties, make sure that the input device is selected from the first drop box, okay, options, make sure advanced controls is selected.) Under microphone or front microphone, there should be an advanced button now. Click on it, and select the microphone boost in the box on the bottom. In game, makes sure your voice settings for transmitting are maxed and boosted.
Okay, it was working, but now its not working again. My volume in windows volume control is most certainly up.
