I'm just wondering if we could get some of the devs (past and present) to have a match with the clans. I think it would be good PR, and will probably show how bad we are at the game we had a hand in creating. This "dev team" would be open to all pre-open release testers and old devs that have drifted into the shadows. I dont want anything very serious, but it would be fun to have a good ol' dev game. Let me know if any devs/testers/past-devs are down with something like this, and if you want to play reply with something witty or clever.
The PoA team did this with one clan. Turned out pretty well and I imagine it would so with empires too =D I'll play depending on day and time
Past devs? Who are they? If they aren't on the team anymore, it's because they dropped off the face of the earth or were worthless. I don't see this happening.
well true, but i bet one or two are still lurking the forums. Here are the ppl i was thinking of, and i know not all will play or are around much anymore. krenzo, me, duke, megel, scout, letuce, falcon, cpugeek, warfle, griz, angry, john 117?, ironclad?, anymore?? Thats all i can think of right now, although im probably missing a few.. I'm sure if we don't get enough some forum admins would help us out

Not neccesarily. Vlade is in a much diffrent time zone then the rest of us, and he manages to get in much Ventrilo and game time with us. If you announce it, they will come :D
