Well HSM, I understand we lost.
However it pisses me off. We win all the time and we don't make this nice super I'm winner posts.
If this thread continues its merry way I will make OMG JPL wins in every scrim/league/unofficial match.

With the leaving server right after, you made it glorious. Instead it was so much fail. BSID members where apologizing at your guys behavior.

 

If any BSID apologized for our behavior, then they were obviously not BSID.

 

I wanted another match, that thing was so short that it made me sad on the inside

I was running around escort after asking people if there was another match; I quickly left after I got an actual reply

 

You fail to realize that we also just gathered people that were available. Most of our team didn't even know that we had a match today. We didn't have any plans either. We said to ourselves "What's the strategy?" Then Headshotmaster shouted out 'APC RUSH" into vent. We then decided that that was the plan. You also fail to mention that you guys had 1 more player. Yes it's only 1 more, But that's one more player that could have stopped the APC that drove past multiple members of your team. Appearantly you guys took the match very seriously due to post-match chat. You make it sound as if we also took it seriously also. Dude, we did a fucking APC rush in a scrim, That's not serious at all. We took the match at a joke. A fun time to have. But even with your serious attitude towards the match, you still lost.

None of us are fooled, I pretty much read HSM's "and we left right after that with the sound of Andronicus's 'Alright, warmup is over' echoing in the distance" (or something like that) and knew what they'd done...still doesn't make HSM's recount any less fun or entertaining

If I couldn't laugh at things like this, then I wouldn't be in CW :p

Yeah but it was an apc rush with no armor. Its actually really funny. A normal match with a BSID win wouldn't really need a post, unless some funny circumstances arose. Come on though, an apc rush and the match over in 1 min 30 seconds, that is made of epic lulz.

That this APC didn't had any armor was so stupid, but it also was cause of one of the most thrilling memories I ever had in Empires.
When our APC passed their barracks I turned my view around to center on the barracks.
I saw then what I feared from the moment I boarded that unarmored APC, a fresh spawned Grenadier emerged, and we were moving in a straight vertical line from this barracks. That made us a easy target for this Grenadier.
I swear to god, it was like back then when I felled off a window from the third floor, time was slowing down, seconds became minutes.
I was sure this RPG was going to hit us, killing us for sure, one APC and 7 BSID dead, but,
maybe not more than 10 yards away our CV managed to "catch" this RPG with its grill, made us all survive.
Before we cornered the enemy CV our APC was blinking red from all the splash damage it has taken. While we were disembarking the APC we came under heavy small arms fire. I was hit several times and running around wild and I saw BSIDs firing their RPG's not waiting to reload, switching to Mortar, switching to mines, switching back to whatever.
It was truly unbelievable, and it hurts me to my hearth that I didn't thought to record a demo. At least it caused me to write a script that automatically start recording a demo when I join a game.

No matter if it was good sportsmanship to just leave...
This APC-Rush was one of the most heroic gaming-moments I ever had. I even dreamed of it last night.

Knowing cyber and HSM's personalitys make this 10 times funnier.. Things like this match are why I've stuck with emp for so long.. And most of the matches I play in have some kind of comedy or epic win in them.. I only wish I could of been apart of this one Next time tho :D

Many moons ago, you promised us RPH's (Rocket Propelled Hamsters) when you comm'ed a match on emp_slaughtered. Marcin recently accidentally said he was researching upgraded RPH's in a match (typo of RPG), and it reminded me of your promise. I don't care that we won that match, I WANT MY FUCKING HAMSTERS ON ROCKETS!
