|BSID vs JPL| May 4th, 2008

I sit in my command seat(big comfy chair), a bead of sweat rolls down my brow.

BSID agrees on the plan, and we laugh hardily to ourselves, for we were about to embark on quest of total domination.

I click my build icon, search for "vehicle factory", and with my powerful index finger, I click the left mouse button and select it. With another powerful thrust of my finger, the building drops next to our barracks, its shadow envelops my comrades.

We patiently wait for 130 res, for it would give us just enough. Why only 130 res? The answer is simple. An APC with armor would slow us down.

I drive my comm vehicle steadily in front of the vehicle factory, waiting for the APC to drop. When it does, we're off faster than a dress after prom.

We move around the canyon waiting for our prey, our rag-tag escort in pursuit. It takes just a moment to spot it right around the corner. It's the enemy command vehicle.

There is a problem however...

It's guarded by 2 riflemen, a grenadier, and an assortment of other players with classes I could not distinguish.

I quickly consume the grenadier within the grill of my command vehicle, and take fire from the riflemen.

While I distract the enemy with a juicy target, our APC rolls on by with no hitch.

But that is until the grenadier respawns at a newly placed barracked and fires a rocket.

It was almost slow motion and I run my command vehicle in between the rocket and the APC, thus saving it from certain destruction.

The apc pulls far ahead, and with my extra boost of speed, I push it from behind giving it extra momentum.

With not a second to spare, I break formation and t-bone the enemy commander, thus eliminating his chances of getting away.

Just then, my team exits the apc and unleashes every single level of hell on the enemy commander.

Even though we could not hear is mic in game, we could hear a faint scream from halfway around the world as his vehicle goes up in smoke.

After the dust settles, the only reply which caught my attention was from a certain Andronicus - "Ok, the warmup is now over"

BSID then left the server, and in celebration, stacked the training server on escort for epic lawls



Game set and match. BSID wins in under 2 minutes without losing a single player.

 

Summary: BSID won for the first time this year. zomg.

 

also the first time bsid played this year cause we're not participating in a league that changes the rules right before each match we play

 

LOL where was I? I need to be in every damn bsid jpl match damnit!! :p

 

Aw, that's not fair Sonata. That statement suggests we've been more active and actually played other scrims this year, lol. (As an aside, I was not in the scrim.)

Naturaly; since the commander can be singled out and everyone in the team can blend into the crowd and scream out "Balls" with out ever being noticed...

We should have a something crazy for when that happens - like the losing team starts howling and gets all their weapons replaced by chainsaws :p

I can understand why Empires isn't getting new players.

 

No, no, they didn't lose anyone during the clan match. The jump to escort on the training server happened after that. And Weedy that's an unjust accusation. People aren't coming to Empires anymore because I keep trying to scare off new guys with a story that the game tracks where they live and gives their personal info to burly men with AIDS who want to "visit."

Actually, for some rather odd reason, JPL had 1 more player, so for the first time in human history, we didn't stack!!! OMG!!!!

 

All dirty lies; it is a conspiracy I tell you!

More like when someone finally beats JPL everyone has a damn party.
OH SNAP, JPL got all there people 40 seconds before the scrim.
OH SNAP, we didn't have any plans.
Oh wow, BSID won one damn thing since no one was ready.
Well done BSID, now lets get a damn real match on.

You also failed to mention on how BSID left the server right after like total fags, we where going to have fun. Instead you get one win and run like cowards.

I also see Shinzon fail to mention the ONLY REASON I went east is the idiots who are now blaming me are like, GO EAST, WE WILL SAVE YOU. Now I was going to run away, but no. Blame me for listening to people.

If JPL had an organism post like HSM did every time we win this place would be littered with JPL wins. Now lets have a real game and see who can really win.
