I'm sorry, but where did you get that information? The last I'd heard Megel was really pleased with his BE Fighter, and rightly so as it looks badass: See the DevBlogs thread I think.

There's a screenshot on the moddb page.

When I saw it. I just had to stare at it for like 10 minutes. It's so fucking awesome.]

Probably already said, but needs to be less curvy.

SirSnipes, those fighters are indeed actual models being used in Empires. It is not ingame, as already said. Both fighters were shown and confirmed earlier this year.

Could you show wireframe pictures of these as well?

Most of the mess looks stretched, if that is the case, i would advice to try and space your polygons evenly, an example would be that when you make a mesh that consists of quads, all quads should be evenly spaced like a checkerboard. Especially on a high poly model like this one it doesn't hurt to have loops at places where there is no actual change of direction in the mesh. As long as they're removed from the low poly of course.

figured I'd just show an example of how you would prefer to space your polies:

This will help you in the long with deforming and shaping your objects. Note that this should only be done for the high poly version of the model where you're still shaping your model, with the low poly all useless polies should be removed, obviously.
